Disclaimer

That you understand by booking a consultation you have read T&C’s and agree to them. If you contact me for a booking, you are acknowledging:

1. you have read the following disclaimer,

2. you agree to all its terms, and

3. you have read and understand the cancellation and refund policy.

I do not read for anyone under the age of 18 years of age. By booking this appt, you are acknowledging you are 18years of age or above.

That you agree you are of sound mind and body and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other mind-altering medication or plant medicine.

That you may request a refund within the first 5min of our appointment, otherwise full payment for the time will be expected. That I have the right and discretion to provide a full refund if I feel the booking is not a correct fit for us both.

That you are to give 24hours notice of a cancelled appointment, and I reserve the right to decide if this will be rescheduled.

Missed appointments will be rescheduled under my discretion. It is not automatically your right to have another appointment offered to you.

Payments will NOT be refunded for missed appointments. This time has already been allocated that I am unable to use for generating income in any other way.

That you understand that an intuitive reading is in no way a substitute for professional medical, legal, mental health or spiritual counselling and treatment. I ask you to seek appropriate care for your mind and body by receiving help from an authorised licensed professional in the area of need. I do not wish to have authority over your life, your self-understanding or your future. I urge you to be your own healer and best advocate. Only you know what is best for you.

That you agree you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counsellors, or entities release Belinda Simons or anyone associated with her business, from all known or unknown claims against her from information arising out of a session or reading that you received from her. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered from your reading.

That you understand that I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of any session and that I do not include or guarantee predictions of the future in my practice. You always have free will and autonomy of your life. I urge you to remain the authority in your own life. No psychic, medium, intuitive or spiritual counsellor can tell you what to do. Spiritual practitioners can be wrong, can interpret material/symbols incorrectly, or put language to the information they receive that miscommunicates what they are seeing, sensing or hearing.

That you understand that your interpretation of the information will influence the message you will receive.

That you understand you may receive information you may consider unpleasant or emotionally difficult in the form of pain, loss, grief, embarrassment or other discomfort. If you do not wish to have this experience, I ask you to seek another type of reading with another intuitive practitioner.

That you understand that any mention of a person in your reading living or passed, fictional or real, takes place in the dome of your energy, your mind and your consciousness. I will not read for a person who is not present. By participating you accept that I am not reading another person’s life – your reading is about your thoughts, opinions and feelings towards that person.

That you understand that by receiving a reading from me you agree that free will takes precedence over your life. As such, an Intuitive reading will not be liable for the actions you take as a result of the session. That you are 100% responsible for the actions you take following the session.

That you understand that I reserve the right to refuse to read for anyone I feel it would be inappropriate for, and you have the right to stop, refuse or cease the reading at any point in time.

That you understand all session and readings are confidential. Any recorded readings are not to be published or shared to external websites or third parties. Any recordings shared will be done so with permission of both parties involved.

That you understand that a mediumship reading cannot guarantee a specific relative, friend or guide to come through. That Spirit also has free will and will exercise that right.

That your open heart and specific request of that Spirit may ensure they attend, however the right Spirit for your highest good will attend on the day.

That you accept that relationships are central to our lives and that other people's names or images may arise for you in the reading. By participating in a reading with me, you accept that I am not reading another person's life, personality, disposition, action, or activity past, present or future. Your reading is about your thoughts, opinions and feelings and any mention of another person is never to be taken as objective truth of that person's life, disposition, personality, or activities or actions.
